Commuting, Transport Psychology, &
Road Safety Education

What the project is about:

  • This project focuses on a wide array of areas, including public transport crowding, commuting stress, transport psychology, road safety education, as well as street and e-hailing.

  • The rationale for addressing these areas is threefold:

  1. the trend of motorisation has become a critical issue in Malaysia and led to various road safety issues,

  2. for those who use public transport, the experience of overcrowding and commuting stress is real, and to some extent, influenced by psychological factors, and

  3. the rise of e-hailing transportation has transformed the way we commute.
