​What the project is about:
​The well-being of women at work and home is the central focus of this project's attempts to investigate. The results of this work have been issued in a series of publications (see below), and they may be viewed as complementing the research conducted by Noor (for info on her work, see https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=F3gEl-QAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=ao

Insights for impact

Work-family issues should be seen as social rather than personal problems, with both public and private sectors mandated to provide for work-life policies.

​There is also a need to recognise the different life courses of women and men and consider the work-life initiatives that work for them.
